The Vision
Style and Mood
When we envisioned our wedding, the most important thing was that we all be together – with our huge family and friends who are almost like family. I've always loved the Mediterranean lifestyle: the freedom, the laughter, the shared meals, that kind of relaxed elegance that only Tuscany can offer. And we brought all of this to the shores of Lake Balaton. Our little 'Italian festival' lasted an entire weekend, where we celebrated with 120 people, yet it remained so friendly and intimate, like one big family dinner.

The Wedding
Venue and Hospitality
Our venue was a tent set up on a huge green area where we were the only ones, so we could truly make it our own. The church wedding was especially important to us – symbolic, intimate, and full of energies we'll never forget. Then we returned to the tent where the evening continued. They prepared grilled dishes for us: tender meats, fresh vegetables, and of course good wine – it became a true Mediterranean feast. We didn't go for a classic menu, but rather for everyone to eat casually and joyfully. The atmosphere? It was exactly what we wanted: Tuscan and Balaton at the same time.

Decor
Naturalness dominated the decoration too: olive branches, white flowers, lots of string lights, and everything that brings a Tuscan garden to mind. In the tent in the evening, when we turned on the lights, we felt like we were dancing in an Italian town square. Nature and lights together created that intimate yet grand atmosphere we wanted.

Appearance and Beauty
As a singer, I'm used to the stage, but this was completely different: the dress I wore wasn't a 'costume' but completely me. Light, elegant, romantic, and just special enough that I felt: this is my day. Martin's dark suit was both classic and cool, and perfectly matched the relaxed, Mediterranean lifestyle we dreamed of.

Entertainment
Music couldn't be missing, of course: there was live music, lots of singing and dancing – as befits when a singer gets married. Our friends put on a spontaneous concert in the middle of dinner, and we sang along with them. The DJ took over later, and we danced until dawn. My favorite part was when our guests literally did acrobatics on the dance floor – such a liberated atmosphere emerged that we'll never forget.

Our Experiences
Planning Process
Honestly? We had to coordinate quite a few details, but since we knew exactly what atmosphere we wanted, the rest came naturally. The biggest task was making sure everyone could fit comfortably, because 120 people is quite a lot – but the tent proved to be the perfect solution. Throughout, I felt like we weren't organizing a rigid event, but a big, friendly gathering that just happened to take place among beautiful decorations.

On the Big Day
The day flew by so fast we could barely catch our breath. The church ceremony was touching, and the communal singing was a real catharsis. After that, everything became liberated: we ate, drank, danced, laughed. It was as if everything we had imagined until then came together in a single moment. And by the end of the evening, only this remained: joy, love, and the knowledge that together we had created something unforgettable.

Our Advice
The most important thing we can say: don't cling stubbornly to the classic script. We also let go of many little things, and that's exactly what made the day liberated and happy. Trust the professionals, but also give space for yourselves and your friends to add to the atmosphere. If there's space, good wine, and music, the rest comes naturally. That's how we experienced it – and that's how our wedding truly became ours.
